With the exception of weekends and holidays, orders placed via our website are normally fulfilled in two to three business days. We will try our best to dispatch your things as quickly as possible, but there may be some delays during busy times. We will get in touch with you by phone or email if there is a significant delay.
Please be advised that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We only ship directly to physical addresses within the United States and U.S. Territories.
You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) as soon as your order ships, allowing you to trace the progress of your package. Within 24 hours of shipment, tracking details will be active.
Despite our best efforts to package your products, we cannot be held accountable for any lost or damaged goods in transit. If you get damaged goods, please contact the shipping company as soon as possible to initiate a claim. Be sure to preserve all package materials and damaged items for the claim process.
