Initiating a Return

Refund Timeframe
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You can start a return within 15 days of the order date. To start the return procedure, make sure to contact us within this window of time.
Return and Exchange Limitations
We have the following restrictions in order to provide an equitable experience for each and every one of our clients:

Customers are only permitted to return or exchange one item per month.

Refunds are available for purchases up to $100, excluding shipping costs.
- Refund requests for orders over $100 will be considered at our discretion.

Returns due to taste preferences are not accepted.
Return Process
We normally process your return or refund request within 1-2 business days of receiving it. We will only give refunds if we have approved the return. Before returning any item, please obtain written return authorization from an Adjust Vape Disposable representative. Additionally, we may ask for feedback on the product to ensure we handle your return correctly.
Non-Defective Returns
Please note that there will be a 25% restocking fee if you want to return a non-defective item, and the item must be unopened.
Product Inspection
We recommend inspecting your products as soon as you receive your order. Exchanges or returns are only accepted for damaged goods. Items that are defective must be returned within 15 days after purchase. If the product is opened, store credit will be the only option available. The consumer is liable for shipping charges if they were not covered by the purchase price. Adjust Vape Disposable reserves the right to deny any refund or exchange request that does not follow our guidelines.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Although we take every precaution to ensure that your items are delivered safely, we cannot be held accountable for packages that are stolen, lost, or damaged after the carrier marks them as delivered. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us at support@adjustvapedisposable.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Incorrect Addresses
Please email us to notify us if your shipment is returned to us because it was delivered to the incorrect address, marked as "unclaimed," "return to sender," or undeliverable. As soon as we get the returned shipment, our staff will take care of the return and issue a reimbursement. Free shipping orders can have a 25% restocking fee.
